and i've been drinking water too. smart water, which my daughter and i love. :-)
some people say there is no difference in the taste of bottled water and sink water, or in bottled waters. i beg to differ. there are several bottled waters that taste like the water from the city/municipal water plants that they come from.
i learned from a relative who works for a city water company. he told me that they sell water to a BIG name soft drink company that bottles the water then sells it. i've tasted that water and it is not on my top 10 list of choice beverages.
so of course i'm not saying that all bottled water is better for you than all sink water. i guess it just depends on where you live. and what you like.
on another topic, my headache is subsiding.
on still another note, i've noticed that my nails have been growing noticeably since i added the zinc supplement.
