it's one of the smells i hate.
i also don't like the sounds associated with cutting grass. at least not when they're very near by. it seems that no matter the season, our landscapers cut the grass at least twice a week.
whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?
when they cut anywhere near our windows, i have to seal us up like sardines in here. the smell of the grass is bad enough. but the little things that are disturbed by the mowers float right up into our windows and that's worse. my throat gets itchy then my eyes feel swollen and my nose gets outta whack too. i guess these are allergy symptoms?
and the kindling for the fire: every parking space around--you guessed it--either backs to a grassy area or is so close that grass on the car (or in the car if you've inadvertently left your windows open) is inevitable.
it's all just too darned annoying!
in my next life, the beach will be my backyard. :-)
oh crap! they're right under my windows right now! gotta run! :-(
