Hello everyone. I hope you are all safe and managing well. 💕 It's been an interesting week for me. Lots of dreams. None I care to detail. Too much  detail in the dreams as well as subject matter I don't care to get into here. Moving on... Several days ago I learned that an elderly neighbor died. Another neighbor and I were looking at his house and realizing we hadn't seen him in a while. We speculated on what the reasons might be. Sadly, the next day we learned he'd been sick and in hospital for an extended period, likely a few weeks counting back from when we'd last seen him. Then he died and we didn't know. 💔 We were told there might be a memorial service but given no other details. I never knew his last name and haven't been able to find any information online. He was a cool ole dude, a kind of devil-may-care guy, who I'm sure was a frisky one in his day. He certainly had quite a few eye-raising tales to share. My kinda guy. May he Res...

Greetings everyone. Sending Love, Light, and Prayers to you all as we navigate this healing crisis. 💓✨✨🙏🏾 Today started out rough but I'm thankful for all that is Well and Wonderful. 🙌🙌🏾 Good news I've seen today: Coronavirus treatment: vaccines/drugs in the pipeline for COVID-19 Oxford scientists develop new coronavirus test that provides results in just 30 minutes   Music I use during Reiki sessions and to help with anxiety. Hopeful that it will soothe someone's spirit in the days to come. 💓💓 Please make every attempt to stay safe folks! 💓

Good day folks. I hope everyone is healthy and safe. 🙏🏾 So far, so good on our end. 🙌🏾 The first dream I recall from this morning was about my dad. He was in a nursing home, a huge one. (So maybe it was a hospital.) I was there to visit him but wasn't sure it would be allowed because of COVID-19. We were allowed two short visits in his room then I got in some kind of trouble with the nursing home authorities and was called into the office. In the dream after, I was telling my uncle that I'd seen my dad. But even as I was telling my uncle in the dream, I thought to myself that visiting my dad was a dream because daddy is dead now. I don't recall any detailed details because I was jolted awake by my alarm, always a bad feeling and a rough way to start the day. 😳 No matter. It was good to see daddy. 💓

Yes, I initiated this post the other day but it was incomplete because I had to run. Updating now... 🌸 🌸 🌸 Hello everyone. I hope everyone is safe and in good health, especially considering the state of the world right now. I am praying for us all. As usual, there is lots happening in my life. Some of it ongoing. The angst about COVID-19 abounds. There are now 19 confirmed cases in my state. I'm not much concerned about me but about about neighbors, friends, and family members who are in high risk groups. While I have been out every day, I am now thinking about staying in. Schools and universities are being shuttered. Employees are being encouraged to work from home if possible... And with what I've seen when I've been out, these measures are necessary. Yesterday I was in several stores and noticed cashiers in two stores wipe their noses with their hands while in the midst of checking out customers. 😱😷 I believe actions like this are how and why COV...

Hello folks. I hope you are all somewhere safe, have everything you need... Looks like it's been over three months since I was here last. So much has happened. Some of it heart-wrenching. Thankfully I'm still in therapy. Since November: As part of his treatment, William had the surgery to remove part of a limb. He is now in physical therapy as well as continuing the original treatments needed to save his life. For the most part he is doing well and we are thankful. 💓 A friend, my classmate from second grade until high school graduation, who recently lived near me briefly as he worked for a large corporation in the Big City, lost his wife. I was devastated when he told me her illness had recurred and later that it was terminal.💔 I loved them as a couple, both doing things in the community to help African-Americans, make us proud, and help us become (more) self-sufficient. I wasn't able to attend her services (Valentine's Day and the day after) because there ...
