hey good people!
baby bliss and i are about to make a dash out front to see if we can catch a glimpse of this annual stellar event.
i don't recall hearing about this before but i probably have at some point.
b.b. told me an hour ago that she was setting her alarm clock to get up at 4:45 so she could see it. she said she heard it on the news (i was dozing) and really wanted to see it.
i checked the website of a local newspaper and read that we can actually see the shower for many hours between 10 p.m. and dawn. i also learned that it's an annual event that occurs on either side of august 12.
what i wanna know is why i didn't hear about it on yesterday's news?
